Overview

Join our data science team to develop advanced analytics solutions, machine learning models, and AI-driven insights for clients across commercial and government sectors. This role focuses on extracting actionable intelligence from complex datasets to drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Analytics & Modeling

  • Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models using statistical and ML techniques

  • Design and implement recommendation systems, forecasting models, and optimization algorithms

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on large, complex datasets

  • Build and validate models for classification, regression, clustering, and time series analysis

AI/ML Implementation

  • Develop machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment

  • Implement deep learning models for computer vision and natural language processing

  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for text analysis and generation tasks

  • Optimize model performance and implement A/B testing frameworks

Business Intelligence & Visualization

  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools

  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics

  • Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

  • 5+ years of hands-on data science experience in production environments

  • Experience with end-to-end ML project lifecycle

Technical Skills

  • Programming: Advanced Python, R, SQL; familiarity with Scala or Java

  • ML Libraries: Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, pandas, NumPy

  • Big Data: Spark, Hadoop, distributed computing frameworks

  • Cloud Platforms: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform

  • Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Government or DoD analytics experience

  • Experience with classified or sensitive data environments

  • Deep learning and neural network expertise

  • MLOps and model deployment experience
